Palace Builders was founded in 1979 by Larry Titze and Steve Otterby in Mitchell, South Dakota. We offer farm and commercial construction Services. The association with Butler Mfg. Co., both the Agri and Building Division has led Palace Builders to focus on farm grain storage and handling as well as Butler Commercial Building Construction.
With a branch office in Pierre, Oahe Builders, we are able to offer full Service, design-build general contracting for commercial, manufacturing, industrial, mini-storage and community markets.
Palace Builders, along with their own erection crews, employs established Sub-contractors, many who have been associated with the company for years. Together they share a commitment to quality building and a dedication to customers satisfaction, both of which are reflected in the Personal attention each project receives.
Over the years, Palace Builders has received many "High Performance Builder" awards and has the distinction of being appointed a "Career Builder", the highest recognition they can receive from Butler Mfg.
